About Mike
Mike has enjoyed a 37-year career with AstenJohnson, serving in a wide range of leadership and operational roles. He began at the grassroots level in the R&D lab and progressed into shop floor technical leadership before pivoting into manufacturing management and supply chain logistics.
His Lean training brought Mike back to the shop floor, where he spent many years leading global coordination and training initiatives across AstenJohnson. His global operational leadership experience also included oversight of AstenJohnson’s Zero Accident Culture (ZAC) system. Mike’s most recent challenge is leading the Nonwovens division in corporate development.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys sports officiating, working on project vehicles, and boating with his family.
