OpExChange is launching a new event designed by HR leaders, for HR leaders. This HR Leader Exchange will provide a confidential setting where peers can openly discuss their most pressing workforce challenges, share what’s working, and learn from one another’s experiences. The session will feature small-group breakout discussions focused on the realities HR leaders are navigating today — including talent attraction and retention, employee engagement, leadership development, culture, and workforce strategy.
