Following the overwhelming success of our first Plant Manager Exchange, OpExChange is bringing this highly requested forum back for a second session. Many of the original participants are returning to continue the conversation—building on the relationships and momentum created in February—while a limited number of spots have opened for additional plant managers to join this growing peer network.

Designed by plant managers, for plant managers, this event creates a confidential, peer-driven environment where leaders can openly share challenges, benchmark ideas, and collaborate on real-world solutions. The first session proved something powerful: when you get the right group in the room, the value isn’t in presentations—it’s in the conversation.

This next session will go deeper, with more focused discussions on the issues that matter most on the plant floor. Moderated by Dale McClelland, Plant Manager at Timken – Union, the session will again feature structured breakout discussions shaped by participant input, encouraging candid dialogue and practical takeaways.
