You asked for it – and we listened.
Following the success of our Plant Manager and HR Leader ExChanges,
OpExChange is bringing that same peer-driven format to
manufacturing safety leaders.
The Safety Leader ExChange was created in direct response to requests
from OpExChange members and our Advisory Board for a forum where safety professionals
can connect with peers, openly discuss the challenges they face, and learn from what
other manufacturers are doing. Breakout discussions will be facililitied by experienced SC safety experts.
This confidential, peer-driven session will bring safety leaders together to
share challenges, benchmark practices, exchange ideas, and collaborate on
practical solutions. Discussions will focus on the issues safety leaders are
navigating every day – from building a strong safety culture and increasing employee
engagement to training, incident prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
This is not a presentation or a lecture.
It’s a working session built around candid conversation among people doing the work.
It’s an opportunity to learn what’s working at other manufacturing sites, discuss
what isn’t, and build relationships with peers who face many of the same challenges.
Space will be limited to encourage meaningful discussion and participation.
