4-Day SMED Kaizen

Move beyond theory and into application with this rare, hands-on SMED Kaizen experience. Unlike traditional workshops, participants will work directly inside a live manufacturing environment applying SMED principles to real processes and real challenges.

Guided by David Woods, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and one of South Carolina’s leading Lean practitioners, participants will learn how to reduce changeover time, eliminate wasted motion, improve equipment utilization, and increase operational flexibility while working alongside peers in a true Kaizen environment. At the end of this event, participants will have reduced cycle time and presented their results to the site leadership.
