His background spans operational excellence, strategic planning, commercial growth, and digital transformation. Before acquiring Springfield in 2024, he held leadership roles at Cornerstone Building Brands and JELD-WEN, overseeing manufacturing businesses with multiple facilities and leading initiatives in continuous improvement, automation, and product innovation.
