Following the strong engagement and collaboration generated during the inaugural HR Leader Exchange, OpExChange is bringing manufacturing HR leaders together again to continue the conversations that matter most.

This confidential, peer-driven forum is designed specifically for manufacturing HR professionals to openly discuss workforce challenges, benchmark ideas, and learn from peers facing many of the same realities. Several leaders from the first session will return to continue building on relationships and discussions already underway, while a limited number of openings are available for new participants to join the conversation.

Topics will continue to center around the issues manufacturing HR leaders face every day – leadership development, retention, employee engagement, workforce strategy, and navigating an evolving workforce. More importantly, the session is designed around practical discussion rather than presentations, creating opportunities for honest dialogue, problem solving, and meaningful connections.

One of the biggest takeaways from the first Exchange was the OpExChange “Ripple Effect” – relationships and conversations that continued well beyond the event itself. This next session is not simply a follow-up. It is the continuation of a growing peer network focused on solving workforce challenges together.
