Standard Work: Learn It by Doing A Hands-On Lean Manufacturing Workshop with The Kaizen Ninja
Standard Work: Learn It by Doing
Opens for enrollment on January 8 by 8 am
Standard Work is one of the fundamental building blocks of Lean – but truly understanding it takes more than a PowerPoint presentation.
In this hands-on, experiential workshop, Kirsten Gallagher, better known as The Kaizen Ninja, will guide participants through the principles and practical application of Standard Work.
Attendees won’t just hear about Standard Work – they’ll experience it.
Through interactive exercises, participants will learn how Standard Work can be used to:
- Define the best-known method for performing a process
- Reduce variation and improve consistency
- Identify waste and improvement opportunities
- Establish a baseline for continuous improvement
- Engage employees in developing and improving the way work gets done
Whether you’re beginning your Lean journey or looking to strengthen the fundamentals within an established continuous improvement program, this workshop will provide practical tools and techniques you can take back to your operation.
Come prepared to participate, learn, and improve.
Bonus Opportunity – Limited to 4 Companies!
The first four registered companies that request it will receive a complimentary 2-hour on-site “waste walk” or Standard Work assessment with the Kaizen Ninja at their facility within one week of the workshop.
